Question

I've recently been diagnosed with a thrombosed inter cranial left carotid aneurysm.Since its thrombosed there is no intervention at this time.I am suffering from double vision and what my neurosurgeon calls contorsion of the left eye.I was told after a cat scan with angiogram last week that I will adapt and that I have damage to some of my optic nerves.Apparently there isn't much known about the recovery outlook. Is there somewhere that I can get more information on what has happened to my eyes? And yes, I tend to squint my left eye as it makes things a little easier to "adapt".
